How to avoid loading screens download

Hi guys,
I've found on a forum how to neutralise the constant downloading of the splashscreens at every launch of the game.
That kind soul wrote it for linux, but basically works for windows as well.

Ok, go to Game folder and go under Raw (C:\Program Files (x86)\Turbine\The Lord of the Rings Online\raw), here you have the 3 languages. Open the one that gets downloaded first (En if I recall correctly) and go in "logo".
Go in the options of the file "lotro_ad_pregame.jpg" and lock it (for linux) or make it readable only (windows).

PS: I don't have Linux so I don't know if the process to arrive to that file is the same.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Remember to set them back to normal before ANY update. As for now idk if they affect the gameplay.
