Tried 3rd time with full game downloaded and the lag continues, even on possible lowest settings, just soooo sluggish

dont remember it lagging this bad when i played a few years ago
all that happened was rifts were nearly unplayable, now i cant even gather an item. and its newer computer

wow. well, it lagged some on the lagtop, but not worse than lotro. Now i dont play on that anymore and it works fine, no lag.
